
Teaching
Cameron currently teaches in-person group pole classes weekly at Everybody's Nimble, Goodside Studios and Full Circle Brooklyn. Classes range from advanced beginner to intermediate.
Cameron also offers both pole dance and aerial pole privates in per-son and over zoom. In person privates can be held in Manhattan or Brooklyn, and pricing is based on location.

8:30 - 9:45pm LEVEL UP (LEVEL 1 TO 2)

Pre-reqs: Multiple Level 1 classes
If you are an advanced beginner feeling ready to level out of Level 1, this class is for you!
In Level Up, you will prepped for our intermediate Level 2 class through conditioning, invert prep, and climb strengthening as well as deepen your understanding of flow with more advanced low flow combinations and intro spin elements.
TUESDAYS
3:45 - 5:00pm SPIN (BEG/INT)

Pre-reqs: For dancers who have taken Spin Intro or have spin experience
Fly and Float. Spin classes are taught with the pole set to spin mode. Wind up to wind down in the wonderful word of spin pole. Create dynamic shapes, ethereal holds, and seamless transitions at your own rotating pace. 
5:15 - 6:30pm Heels (BEG/INT)

Pre-reqs: For dancers who have taken Intro to Pole, and/or have pole experience and are comfortable in all-levels classes.
Heightened and enlightened. Learn dynamic, sensual, and graceful movements in heels, while developing balance and exploring edgework. Bring knee pads and heels.
6:45 - 8:00pm FORM & FLOW

Goodside's signature all-levels class, where you train as an athlete and an artist. FORM covers strength, flexibility, and cardio. Then you’ll learn a FLOW sequence, which is designed with options for various skill-levels. Each 60-minute class is followed by an optional 15-minute freestyle session.

3:30 - 4:45pm Form & Flow

Stay grounded with Low Flow. This class emphasizes the art of smooth transitions, utilizing spins, slides, and floorwork around the base of the pole. Low Flow classes are perfect for exploring your expressive and artistic side without climbing or inverting. Knee pads recommended, heels optional

FRIDAYS
1:45 - 3:00PM SPIN POLE LEVEL 2 and up

Pre-reqs: Multiple Level 2 Pole and Spin Pole (1/2) classes
In Spin Pole Level 2+ you'll work on more advanced spin shapes, conditioning, and sequences up the pole. Students signing up for this class should feel comfortable with their invert on static pole and should have previous experience with their climbs and upright shapes on spin pole.
6:00 - 7:15PM POLE SHAPES LEVEL 1.5
Full Circle Brooklyn - 318 Gates Ave Unit C3, Brooklyn NY
Pre-reqs: Comfortable with Intro to Pole material including dip turns, back hool spin, fireman spin, and pole crunches. Some experience with pole sits and pole climbs. Must have taken at least 3 Level 1 classes.
A Level 1+ class! Continue buildiong strength and start to learn new pole vocabulary. You'll learn to create new shapes on the pole and build more comfort with introductory variations of leg hooks.

Pre-reqs: Level 1 classes, pole climb, pole sit, and chair spin.
Have you been attending Level 1 classes regularly and would like to work more on your spin pole skills? This class is for you!
Some argue that everything is prettier on spin...let's see for ourselves! Take the moves you already know from Level 1 and put them on spin pole. Learn how to dance while controlling speed and momentum, building spin tolerance, and creating stunning upright shapes.
